Now, the company has an integrated production system of wool handknotted and handtufted carpets(rug,rugs), it also has the technology superiority of spinning, dyeing, technology testing and designing , an integrated and normative quality administrative system. There are two main series: handknotted and handtufted wool-carpet all of 160 lines, more than 100 varieties(we also produce and export SILK RUGS,AUBUSSON RUGS,TAPESTRY RUGS). The annual output of high grade and middle grade carpets amounts to more than 2.8 million square feet. The products include: hand-made imitation Persian design, art design, floral design, antique design, modern design and so on, they are all silk and wool- carpets with different specifications and lines. The size of our products is complete and the shapes are different : there are ,rectangular, square, circle, octagon and ellipse. 

　　 The carpets of Shandong Chuangyi Company are all hand-made, from designing to finished products, in the factory, one carpet undergoes more than 20 processes. 

　　 Designing is the first process. After receiving the order, the designer will design carefully according to the customer's demand. Our product integrates Chinese ancient art with the modern art and the prevalent designs, so it has great practical value, artistic value and storing value. For these years, in order to raise the designing level and the product grade, Chuangyi company are making close cooperation with colleges, inviting expert to come and instruct, offering practical knowledge and technical know-how to college students, learning from each other, so the customers like the design very much. 

　　 After the initial designing, the design is brought to the plate making workshop to be made into product plate, then print the design onto cloth, getting ready for producing carpet.

　　 While these above processes are going on, the producing department is calculating the quantity and the number of the wool needed during the production according to the design, then the spinning workshop dyes the wool in every colour needed. Good material is an added advantage,presitige and base for producing high quality carpet.The wool needed in the company mostly come from Gansu and Qinghai provinces where high quality of wool is produced.At present, as the chuangyi carpets are on increasing demand, the company also imports parts the of materials from Australia and New Zealand. Chuangyi also has its own spinning plant, where the material can be made into all kinds of wool, offering good conditions for the production.

　　 The next process, is tufting carpet，this process is hand-made, by the technicians, carefully weaving, a beautiful picture is taken on the carpet. The skillful technicians can produce 3 square feet each day. At present, Chuangyi owns more than 29 process plants and more than 3000 carpet technicians. 

　　 After the fore-mentioned process,the next stage is attaching latex onto the back of the semi-product, to prevent the wool from falling off. In the smoothing workshop, the workers make the surface of the carpets smooth.In the first-repairing workshop, the flowers in the carpet become tidy and beautiful. 

　　 In the washing workshop, the workers make the carpet beautiful and attractive.Furthermore, washing also plays a role in disinfecting and sterilizing. 

　　 After the above processes, carpets, are taken back into the smoothing workshop for repaires and attachment of latex for the second time, forming a hard protecting layer on the back. Finally, in the second-repairing workshop, the carpets are tided and attached borders changing them into marketable commodities stocked in the warehouse for shipping to the wider world. 

　　 After these processes above, the carpets' production has finished. The carpets, are not only durable, valuable and long-lasting decorating materials, but also fanciful and fantastic arts and crafts, winning high reputation in Europe and America.  

　　 In recent years, the company developed straw carpets by using local natural raw material and weaving traditional technics. Once the straw carpets appear in the world market, they are warmly welcomed by the world customers for their high quality and beautiful appearance.
